Do you watch Tosh. O? It can be pretty bad, but it can also be PRETTY funny. We just watched one where this poor little red head tried to prove gingers had souls. I can't even tell you how many times someone has said that joke to me...so I LOVED that episode. :) But...like I said...it's not for the faint of heart and DEFINITELY ain't for little ears. :)
We had the BEST weather today! I think it got up to the mid 80s...we actually had a long, enjoyable recess! It was amazing! Of course, in like two weeks it's going to be miserably hot. But for now, I'm loving this weather!! :)
Is anyone else freaking out we only have like 10 more weeks of school? My babies are NOT ready!! I still have so much to teach them!!!
My classroom is a Disaster with a capital D! Everyday I tell myself "I'm going to stay late and clean." And then I just don't, hahah. :)
On that note...poor hubs is so used to getting his clean clothes out of the dryer, or off the kitchen table...I don't even bother putting clothes up anymore. It's pathetic. I do NOT know how you mamas do it!
And for advice...take a break! I try to be really aware of my stress level, especially with "non essentials" like TPT and blogging. If I catch myself feeling stressed, or overwhelmed, I just take a break for a few days. Then, I'm refreshed and ready to hit the ground running. But, teachers have enough on our plates without piling more on! Plus, I truly enjoy making my products and blogging. When I don't feel that way, I just take a break. :)

Now on to our week! :)
I had a bunch of plastic eggs left over, so I came up with this SUPER simple game that we did as an Egg Hunt. I wrote a sight word on the top and the bottom of the egg, and then broke them. Then, I "hid" them around the grassy area outside and they had to put them back together. My littles were a little perturbed that there was no candy in them, but you can't win em all! :) Of course, I had treats for them later. :)
We also made these fun little sticker stories. Man...isn't their writing just precious?? LOVE it!
We also have been hard at working learning all about plants. Here are two of the anchor charts we created during our week. Shared writing is my FAVORITE!! I love seeing their sweet little handwriting on our anchor charts.
They used the first anchor chart to do some writing. :)
Once again...love that writing! :) Well there ya have it! Our week! :) Now head on over and look at all the other adorable Currentlys!! :)
Your Easter egg hunt looks so fun! Last year we were able to do ours outside too - but this year we still have tons of snow :( I'm wishing for your warm {hot} weather too! It was -13F here today, we are a long ways away from your kinda weather!!
