Letter Puzzles

So...I saw this brilliant idea on Pinterest which lead me to this blog...http://storytimekatie.com/2012/02/17/flannel-friday-letter-puzzles/

She talked about these letter puzzles, and I immediately wanted to make them! They took me a little while, because I had to find open source clip art. I know these will just be perfect for my babies still struggling with initial sounds and letters. Here are some pictures of them

 

So...what I will do is cut them so that each picture is on a different puzzle piece, and my babies will put them together. I will make sure to put extra emphasis on them saying the word and the first sound as they put the puzzle together. It is up to you if you want to give them one letter, or a few...probably will just depend on the student. You can find them at my TPT store for 2.00...Click Here!
