It's the OTHER Most Wonderful Time of the Year

AHHH! How behind am I!?!?!? I finally got my Valentine's centers uploaded. I am SO proud of them, and my babies LOVE them. I hope to post pictures tomorrow! It's the best holiday EVER! I love Valentine's Day, and so do my littles! I know yours do too, and these stations are the perfect addition to literacy and math daily stations or activities! This packet includes 4 literacy stations, and 5 math stations. All of them come with a student direction/cover page...perfect for organizing in a binder, ziploc baggie, or manilla folder. Almost all of them have a recording sheet to go with the station!

Making Words- Student use Happy Valentine's Day letter cards to make new words and record them on their sheet. A list of possible words is included.

Blends Are Our Friends- Students match pictures with beginning blends with the words, and then recording them on their recording sheet. 12 and 24 word options included. :)

Love Letters- Students walk around the room and write the Valentine's words under 4 letters, 5 letters, and 6 letters.

Darling Digraphs- The perfect pocket chart activity for February! Students match beginning/ending digraphs with the matching picture.

Lil' Love Monsters- Students will grab a handful of love monsters, and then graph and tally their data. Perfect assessment!

Sweet Skip Counting- Students put the sweet penguin puzzle pictures together using skip counting by 2s, 5s, and 10s. Some puzzles start at 1, and others start at higher numbers for great skip counting practice!

Perfect Parts- Students look at the picture of Valentine's sweets (2 types on each card), and find the matching part/part/whole. Then, students can draw their own picture of 2 Valentine's sweets, and write in a part/part/whole.

I Love You, Robot- Students put puzzle pieces together to match addends to 10. Then, students can show their work on the recording sheet with 10 frames.

We Love Tally Marks- Students count the tally marks and record them on their recording sheet. Can be used at Write the Room, or in a Math Tub.
