New Name!!

I'm MARRIED!! YAYAYAYAY! I wish I had some pictures to show you, but we don't have any yet. :) Lucky for you, not that my wedding OBSESSION is over, I feel like I can go back to being the teacher I was before I got in Bridezilla mode. :) I'd like to think I wasn't a Bridezilla, but boy was it hard to focus on anything BUT the wedding...I hope I was still a good teacher to my babies, but evenings were filled with meetings and DIY projects instead of blogging. :) Anyway, I'm back, and as the new and improved MRS. O'CONNOR. :) We are starting a new 6 weeks...I can't believe it! This year is going so fast! I don't like to think that I only get 4 more 6 weeks with these precious ones! We have been doing fact families for a week, but are reviewing that next week and practicing sorting addition and subtraction problems. My littles are super good at addition, and subtraction, but we need practice deciding which one to use! I made this fun little sort of 9 Christmas story problems that we will sort together (or possibly in a small group). I included all the problems in black and white for you. :)

I also included a sheet for them write their own Holiday problem, and they can circle the operation they used. Click on either picture to download this activity.


 I also made a fun little Fact Family workstation. It's Fairy Tale themed...SUPER CUTE graphics from Doodle Darlins' Etsy Shop! I can't even deal with how adorable here stuff is! I might be going on a shoppin' spree after this post. :)

 All you have to do is cut the cards up, and they match the number sentences with the fact family. Then, they can write the number sentences on the recording sheets. There are 9 fact family cards, and 3 recording sheets! Click on the pictures to get the activities. :) Hope you can use these freebies! :)
